Abstract

Objective To investigate the method and effect of reconstructive surgery for the blowout fracture of the orbit.Methods To reconstruct the orbit with Medpor implantation and to check the diplopia,visual activity and exophthalmos of the postoperation against the preoperation.Results The diplopia,visual activity and exophthalmos were corrected.No complication occurred.Conclusion It was considered safe,simple and reliable that the reconstructive surgery with Medpor implantation for the blowout fracture of the orbit.
