Discussion on Ecological Civilization Construction and Bearing Capacity of Resources and Environment

This paper argues that ecological civilization construction refers to that we should promote the cycle,update,stability,and sustainable development of the natural resources and environment;and symbiotic,inclusive,coordinated,unified relationship between man and nature should be formed;while creating and enjoying the social wealth based on natural resources and environment.It points out that ecological civilization construction must take into account both resources and environmental protection and economic and social development;unifying our awareness,developing strategies and overall plan;making overall plans for coordination development of regional economy;establishing a sound legal system,systems,and mechanisms of ecological civilization construction;supplementing and perfecting the relevant policies;carrying out a comprehensive evaluation on bearing-capacity of resources and environment;etc.
