Abstract

The regional leading industry is the heart and the economic soul of the regional industry system,how to choose leading industries related to the direction,speed and status of the regional economic development.With the meaning of the regional leading industries and features,the paper put forward the benchmarks and the principles to be followed in choosing the leading industries,set the regional leading industries of the index system,and adopt the principles and indicators to industry in Shaanxi Province as an example of the leading industries.Finally,it put forward selecting and breeding the recommendations of the regional leading industries.
