The Value of Rehabilitation Nursing in Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 114 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 114 cases in each group. One group of elderly patients with cerebral infarction received conventional nursing, set to conventional group; another group of elderly patients with cerebral infarction were treated with rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the conventional group, set to the rehabilitation group. Results The total effective rate was 89.47%(43/57), 75.44%(51/57) in the rehabilitation group, and the neurological deficit score was lower in the rehabilitation group than in the conventional group. Data were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing, rehabilitation nursing can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with cerebral infarction, and nursing plan should be popularized and applied.
