Abstract
Lipschitz condition is discussed which is satisfied by the second Frechet- derivative of operator. A new Lipschitz condition is provided so as to make it meaningful in general. Under new condition, the convergence of Newton method is given, and a result on the existence of a unique solution for the nonlinear operator equation is given by using majorizing operator technique.
