Grades based conversion of arable land requisition-compensation balance in Renhuai City

The requisition-compensation balance of arable land is an effective measure to protect arable land.The compensation is hardly to reach real balance due to the lack of quality standards and checking mechanism for compensated land,which leads to the uncertainty of the compensated land.Based on the data of farmland classification of Renhuai City,we set up a model between farmland use grades index and standardized crop output,then calculated the converted coefficient of arable land,which will be applied as a reference for a comprehensive balance both on quantity and quality.
