Abstract
Cassava dregs were used as material. Dilute acid and cellulose were applied to specific degradation of cellulose which came from the plant, and the chief composition of cassava dregs were analyzed at the same time. There were 46.7% of cellulose, 16.9% of lignin, and 32.6% of hemicellulose in cassava dreg. When the solid liquid ratio was 1∶40, concentration of hydrochloric acid was 3.5%, reaction time was 3.5 h, the best result was achieved through pretreatment process. 0.191 mg/mL reducing sugar was achieved, when the hydrolyze temperature was 55 ℃, pH was 4.8, the dosage of cellulose was 120 FPA/g, hydrolysis time was 28 h in the enzymatic hydrolysis process.
