Abstract

[Objective] To compare the activities of defense enzymes between field-collected and sensitive Blattella germanica in Longgang District of Shenzhen City.[Method] Spectrophotometer was used to detect the enzyme activities.[Result] The activities of GSTs,ACP and AchE in field-collected and sensitive Blattella germanica were 3 750.49 and 1 781.95,450.71 and 156.73,5.61 and 2.86 U/mgpro,respectively.The activities of GSTs,ACP and AchE in field-collected Blattella germanica were significantly higher. While the activities of ALP,Na+-K+-ATPase and SOD were not obviously different among those two populations.[Conclusion] From the biochemical aspect, the insecticide resistance in field-collected Blattella germanica populations may be correlated with the elevated activities of GSTs,ACP and AchE.
