Abstract

目的 分析口服有机磷中毒的病情程度和治疗效果,探讨中毒救治新方法.方法 对18例患者的临床资料进行分析,评价应用长托宁取代阿托品的急救方法及其疗效.结果 经洗胃,应用阿托品或长托宁联合氯磷定治疗,视病情加用血液灌流等治疗均治愈.结论 口服有机磷农药中毒病情重,应用长托宁取代阿托品进行救冶,疗效更佳.
