Development and Implementation of an Equipment Management and Maintenance Information System

It is very important for the manufacture enterprise to promote equipment management level and efficiency using the equipment management and maintenance information system. This paper investigated and researched deeply the enterprise equipment management information and maintenance workflow, and developed an equipment management and maintenance system. The system includes following subsystems: system management, maintenance resources management, equipment failure information management, maintenance job management, maintain decision, maintenance data analysis. The system has been put into practice in the enterprise and takes some good effect.
