Abstract

government or market can provide internal control system.With the help of traction cost theory,the author analyze all kinds of models and point out their advantage and shortcoming.Through probing into the goal model of internal control system of our country under the consideration of the situation of our country,the author put forward the basic thinking that the goal model of internal control system should first insist on government model,and then properly introduces market rules.
