Abstract

Modern China Construction has gone through two stages : the ideological struggles and center on the development of productive forces.The new party Central Committee people-oriented concept of scientific development,marked people-oriented China has become the modern construction of the new support concept.Its essence lies in the development of democracy as a focal point,the pursuit of comprehensive development.
