Abstract

The literature's positions of Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights and Cao Yu's Wildernesshave long been established and affirmed by many critics and literary historians in their country and the whole world.The article conducts a comparative study of these two works from the following aspects: the setting of artistic atmosphere,the shaping of characters and plot structure arrangement.
