Analysis on Accident Causation Factors and Hazard Theory

Based on causation factors,different definitions and classification ways for hazard at abroad are summarized,such as hazard of energy unit,two categories of hazards and three categories of hazards.However,in the legal system and standards for work safety in China,there are also some different descriptions for causation factor,such as dangerous factor,hazardous factor,unsafe factor and accident perils.To properly understand and apply system safety theory and method,it is suggested that the hazard theory and the definition for causation factors must be explained based on causation theory and systematic analysis of causation factors.Analysis shows that causation factors include energy materials or carriers,unsafe state of things and unsafe behavior of person,and management;all kinds of terms and classification ways for hazard are based on the classification and expression of causation factors.
