Abstract
Aimed at complex problems existing in the control of multi-stage and multi-department production in large mechanical manufacturing factories, the feed forward and feed back control theory in control engineering is employed to presents a new approach based on Kanban-net and lean production.Further descussion is conducted on the application of the approach.A Kanban-net system is developed and applied in a representative large mechanical manufacturing factory, which leads to the coordination of production and the reduction of waste.
