Abstract

The teaching standards and quality of talent-cultivation are important problems which newly-founded universities are facing.Therefore,referring to the thoughts of total quality management,teaching quality monitoring system should be constructed and perfected with ISO9000 standards,to realize the standardization of teaching quality management.
