Abstract

Confucius' harmonious thought and lofty moral thought are clearly manifested in the Analects.Harmony is the value target that Confucius advocates and pursues,the soul and the basis of Chinese culture.Social harmony is Confucius's lofty ideal.The core of Confucius' ethical thought is to attach importance to moral value.In the long history of development of China,Confucius' of harmonious thought and lofty moral thought gestate the Chinese national spirit which takes the patriotism as the core and the ethieal virtue which pursuses loftiness and harmony.
