Clinical observation on CIK cells in the treatment of 50 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of CIK cells in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 50 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were treated with CIK cells for three cycles. Results The KPS scores of 46 patients became stable or increased,and 24 patients were partially improved. The effective rate was 48%,and the value of CEA decreased. Conclusion CIK cells has good curative effect in the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,which can improve their quality of life and reduce side effect.
