Abstract
An approach to deriving current-mode continuous-time filter based on third-generation current conveyor(CCIII) from voltage-mode active RC filter was presented. The filter can realize second-order low-pass,high-pass and band-pass filtering functions. The proposed circuits have simple structure, low passive/active sensitivity. In addition, active parameters would have no effect on pole frequency W0,which remain constant, when passive parameters were defined.HSPICE simulation demonstrated the feasibility of the proposed circuits.
