Abstract
Objective:To investigate the significance of changes of serum IL-6,hs-CRP levels in development of diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus. Methods:Serum IL-6(with ELISA),hs-CRP(with Immunonephelometry) and FPG,TG,TCHO(with biochemistry) contents were measured in CDN group,n=40 and EDN group,n=44 compare with SDM group,n=55 and normal group,n=52.Results:The levels of serum IL-6 and hs-CRP in CDN group and EDN group are markedly higher than that in normal group and SDM group(P0.01).The levels of serum IL-6 in SDM group is markedly higher than that in normal group(P0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum IL-6 and hs-CRP play important role in the development diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus.
