Abstract
It is proved that all the eigenvalues of a kind of square matrices are located in one disk.Several easily computed inclusion regions that are guaranteed to include the eigenvalues of matrices are presented.The distributions for the eigenvalues of tensor product of matrices are obtained based on the results above.The estimation for the singular values of matrices is given.
