Abstract
In order to study the effect of acupuncture on the recovery of fatigue after strenuous exercise, the RPE and DDS of the 22 subjects were tested. The results indicated a quicker recovery from fatigue in acupuncture group after a 7-day continuous training, and indexes of RPE,DDS,SR and PT/BW in acupuncture group were significantly lower than those in control group ( P 0.05).
