Abstract
Objective To observe influential factors of recovered bacterial amount on carrier and provide the basis for carrier quantitative germicidal test. Methods Quantitative bacteria dyeing and bacteria counting method were used to observe the influences of carrier type, bacteria type and drying time. Results The average recovered rate of bacteria spores on the stainless steel slide and glass slide were 34.23% and 37.20% respectively;that of spores on paper slide was 13.39%.There were no significant differences on bacteria recovered rates of 5 kinds of bacteria on fabric slides. There was significant influence on bacteria recovered rate when bacteria carrier dried at 37℃ for over 20 min. Conclusion The kinds of bacterial carrier and drying time have strong influences on recovered bacteria count and different kinds of bacteria on the same slide have no significant differences.
