Strengthen Science and Technology Innovation and Transformation of Achievements to Promote the Development of Modern Agriculture

Since 'the Tenth Five Projects',Sichuan Academy of Agriculture Science(SAAS) made a rapid progress on the agriculture technical innovation and achievements transformation.The main measurements included: determining sci-tech innovation missions around modern agriculture and new country construction;taking grain supplies and advantageous industries as the emphasis;continuously conducting technical tackling;strengthening demonstration and extension in accordance with close combination innovation and transformation;innovating the models of extension to widen achievements coverage;emphasizing emergency sci-tech services based on the frequent natural disasters.Next steps of sci-tech jobs were also put forward in this paper.
