Recently,Japan has developed its individual labor disputes handling mechanism.Except for legal action,it has set up the process of the Labor Relations Commission,the Labor Bureau and the Labor Judge Commission.It is emphasized to inspire the person concerned to come together.Referring to the Japanese way of dealing with individual labor disputes,during the process of perfecting our labor dispute handling mechanism,our country should pay attention to take precautions against the occurrence of labor disputes,invite various social forces to get involved in solving labor disputes and improve the efficiency of our labor dispute handling.
