Cause of Enterprise Finance Risk and its Control

Abstract
Financial risks exist all through the financial activities such as fund raising,financing,and in- vestment,playing the key role in the four policy-making fields in enterprises finance.The effective and rational control of financial risks will be of great importance for the survival and development of enter- prises.This article analyzes the connotation of financial risks,aiming at finding out the specific reasons for such risks,and put forward some effective methods for solving financial risks.
