Abstract
To realize the block circuit that is more universal and more calculating power than the second generation current conveyor(CCII),the modified differential difference current conveyor(MDDCC)and a current-mode novel biquad based on a modified DDCC with simple structure and excellent performance is proposed .The circuit is composed of three MDDCCs and seven passive components and can be used to realize second-order lowpass, highpass, bandpass, bandstop and allpass filter functions. Its center frequency and quality factor has very low passive sensitivity. The PSPICE simulation at the MOS transistor lever is carried out and results show that the proposed circuit is feasible.
