When carrying out building projects some changes are often occurred such as design change,plan change and material change,which increase the cost.How to control project change needs considering the control procedure for monitor engineer from the following aspects: contractor,proprietor and monitor can present requirements for change;any side that requires changing the project needs to be examined by monitor engineer;drawing up the change document;distributing the change notice and evaluating the change price.
