Abstract
Based on analysis of the traditional bandgap reference voltage source,a novel bandgap reference voltage circuit was presented, which satisfied the requirement of modern IC for voltage reference source with small quiescent current, good temperature coefficient, low power, high PSRR and small offset voltage. The circuit was simulated by using Spectre of Cadence and implemented in 0.3 μm bipolar process.Simulation results showed that the circuit achieved low power and good temperature characteristics, and a DC power supply rejection ratio up to 92 dB.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
