Abstract

With the materials of pig farm biogas slurry and the cattle farm biogas slurry, the physicochemical properties, nutrient content, concentration of two kinds of slurry and the effects of the biogas slurry nutrient solution on the growth of liquid culture of tomato were studied. The results showed that the conductivity of pig and cattle biogas slurry was 6.82ms·cm-1 and 3.78ms·cm-1,respectively, the major element content of biogas slurry was higher, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total potassium content of cattle biogas slurry were 743.36, 357.84, 1039.3mg·kg-1, respectively, and that of pig biogas slurry were 488.93, 421.7, 840.02mg·kg-1,respectively. The optimal concentration of cattle and pig biogas slurry for tomato cultivation was diluted 12 times. Comparison with the control, there was an increase in the plant height, stem diameter, root shoot ratio and growth of tomato for the cattle biogas slurry nutrient solution, as a result, the yield of tomato had a significant increase.
