Abstract

College students' consciousness of and participation in sports activities determine whether they can form a lifelong sports habit. By investigating their values of physical education(PE) and time,money and energy devoted to sports activities,this article intended to address the problem how to promote campus sports culture,and suggested several ways of improving college students' health and wellbeing.
