Abstract
Based on the variety of properties of spare parts,this paper analysis the present situation of procurement of spare parts in Maanshan Iron.Then the strategic positioning of procurement of spare parts is researched.Through positioning analysis for different attributes of spare parts,the selection mechanism of spare parts procurement strategy is built.And this can optimize the procurement mode of the spare parts.
