Abstract
Objectives: to study the common problems in venous transfusion and find out the solution to solve the problems safely and effectively. Methods: based on the delicacy management, study the problems from 2008 to 2010 on the four steps carrying out the doctor's instruction, make up a prescription, transfusing and recording from the following six aspects: who, when, where, what, why and how much and so on,to find out the reason. Results: according to the causes of the problems,be accurate, careful and strict are the key points to solve the problems. Conclusion: the spirit of delicacy management and the requirement of safe infusion are just the same,so supplying the idea of delicacy management is a good way to improve the fluids infusion.
