Abstract
The long term negligence of life education in China's education caused the lack of life consciousness among Chinese people.The contents of modern life consciousness include the cognition and understanding of life,the devotion and cherishment of life,the respect and reverence of life,and the creation and realization of life.The following are proper ways to culture people's life consciousness: to transform people's concepts and thoughts about life,to optimize and improve social environment,to carry on the education on life consciousness and its practice,to educate people on the outlook of death.
