A report of 4 patients with stones in cali cificated hydatid cyst

Objective To analizing the pathogenesis, and treatment of calcificated hydatid cyst with stones. Methods Signs and by examination means of B ultrasound, CT, and casoni test etc, 4 patients were treated by operation. Results 4 patients were be healing very well, during operation pound that they invidual are single calcificated hydatid cyst and fistula with intrahepatic bile duct. One of them had been ruptured to peritoneal cuvity. Conclusion The stones in calcificated hydatid cyst is uncommon, they formates relatioting to bile leakage to cyst and hydatid cyst infection, these hydatid cyst is calcification. It is unknown that relationship calcificated external cyst between stones. The cyst stones is multiple. and full the hydatid cavity, This condition diagnosis and treatment like ruptured hydatrd cyst.
