Abstract
The limited partnership which collects the limited liability and the unlimited liability has the special advantage over the common partnership and the company.The limited partnership is the best form of the present commercial organization in promoting the development of the high technology enterprise.As for the legislation in our country,all enterprises should be permitted to join the limited partnership,moreover,the number of limited partners should not be limited.
