Abstract
An integrated design of the controller of brushless DC motor for electric bicycle is presented. The chip A3932 is used as the logic controller. The drive circuit of power MOSFETs is simplified and the stabilization of the controller is enhanced attributed to the drive capability of this chip. Also protect circuits against loss of hall signal, low battery voltage, over current are included. The design is practical as its stabilization and its low cost.
