The Clinical Application of the AFP Quantitative Diagnostic Kit Using TRFIA

Abstract

AFP quantitative diagnostic kit was developed by TRFIA,and the capability of the kit was evaluated.In this study,450 blood samples were collected for AFP detection.Compared with the techniques of CLIA and RIA,the positive accordant ratios of our kit were 99.0% and 97.4%,and the negative accordant ratios were 97.2% and 94.1%,respectively.The accordance of our kit with both CLIA and RIA were good(P0.05),and the accordance coefficients were 0.994 and 0.917,respectively.All the results of the parameters showed that the diagnostic kit we developed could meet the need of the clinic application.
