Abstract
Beryllium is one of the strongest of the light metals.Beryllium is a material,which has good physical and mechanical properties,particularly its best nuclear properties.Hence,it is devoted much attention to the study of Beryllium,its alloys and Beryllium in alloys etc.The main ranges of its application relate to nuclear industry,weapon systems,voyage and aerospace,X ray windows,electronic message,automobile,domestic appliances and so on.The discovery,development of Beryllium,Beryllium alloys,Beryllium in alloys,BeO,Beryllium base composites and its status for application were described in this paper.
