Third-party Mediation for Medical Disputes

Abstract
The author analyzed basis,methods and shortages of medical dispute processing at present,and put forward to establish a medical dispute mediation committee as a branch of health and judicial administrative departments among communities as a third-party mediation to deal with medical disputes,which will rely on policy support of the people's mediation law of People's Republic of China carried out in 2011,January 1 and.Then authro elaborated advantages of third-party in its organization setting,running and dealing with medical disputes as its neutrality,professionalization,low cost and especially emphasis on preventing disputes.With committee,we could take initiative in handling disputes,and be able to prevent contradiction upgrade validly and establish a harmonious relationship between patients and doctors.
