Low Carbon Economy Growth Problems Research

The article analyses existing concepts of low-carbon economy and broadens its intension,and based on it,introduces emphatically how to evaluate growth of economy under low-carbon economy.Farther,the article advances it should take low-consumption and technical progress for evaluation criterion of growth of economy,and points out how to achieve growth of economy under low-carbon economy finally.
