Study on Function of Left Leg Support in the FinalRelease in Javelin Throw

Modern javelin technique is towards to the direction of fast run up and throwing. It puts a higher demand on entire movement, also on athletes’ left axial such as left shoulder, left leg, left knee and left leg, especially left side supported the work to set a higher request. This paper made comprehensive analysis on left leg support in javelin throw from the angle of biomechanics and scientific explained the important factors of left leg support in technical movement of javelin throw.
