Abstract
In this paper,the co-existing intergrowth character of the agricultural industry structure adjusting and development of market developing is demonstrated from the whole situation in Shanxi province.According to the analysis of adjusting of the agricultural industry structure and development of market,the author points out that it is necessary for adjusting of the agricultural industry structure to enhance the construction of agricultural products distribution market in Shanxi.Besides,the author puts forward countermeasures of optimizing the industrial structure of agriculture and accelerating the construction of agricultural products distribution market in Shanxi.
