Abstract
The measuring method of the ultrasonic attenuation coefficients of cylinders was analyzed. Moreover, the ultrasonic attenuations which were not resulted from materials were studied under given conditions. The ultrasonic attenuation coefficients of 40Cr cylinders with different microstructures were analyzed and compared.
