Abstract
There is a close relationship between the regional economic development and the regional culture.Nowadays,the regional culture is increasingly becoming apowerful driving force for the regional economic development and playing a more and more important role.This paper,from the angle of combining theory with practice,researches the effects of the regional culture on the characteristics of the regional economy,the development of the regional environment,the regional industrial structure and the regional innovation;discusses the effects of the Northeast regional culture on the regional economic development and puts forward the main path of the development of the northeast region culture to improve the orderly development of regional economy.
