Abstract
The wetland of Sanjiang Plain area decreased from 34 000 km2 to 4 489.93 km2 with reclamation for many years.The precipitation,grought year,water resource and groundwater level change with the wetland of Sanjiang Plain area decreased are analyzed,the recover method is proposed in the paper.
