Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture on depression. Methods A randomized controlled trial was designed. Patients meeting the including criteria were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture once daily,4 weeks as a course and the control group,with Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Tablets,4 weeks as a course. The Hamilton Depression Scale was used to score before and after treatment for the evaluation of the therapeutic effects. Results After one course of treatment,the therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P0.05) . Conclusion Acupuncture has a satisfactory therapeutic effect on depression.
