Abstract
Cr-doped Fe-Si mixed powder is prepared by the high-energy planetary ball milling, and the mechanical alloying process of Cr-doped Fe-Si is studied according to the results by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that Fe,Cr and Si powder realizes mechanical alloying through the atomic diffusion with increasing the intensity of ball grinding, the best ball grinding process parameters:the speed of ball mill is 360r/min,the ball-to-powder ratio is 40:1,and the milling time is 35h.
