Abstract

Objective:To explore the subtotal thyroidectomy for benign thyroid diseases in clinical efficacy.Methods:Ret-rospective analysis between 2005 and 2007 treated 120 cases of thyroid disease in patients with postoperative clinical data.Results:43 patients with primary hyperthyroidism, diffuse goiter in 10 cases,52 cases of nodular goiter, thyroid tumors in 15 patients, postoperative condition were reduced,in which complications occurred in 4 cases of patients, accounting for 3.3% overall and 1 laryngeal anti-nerve injury patients,2 patients a temporary low thyroid function, thyroid sections knot off two surgeries lead to a further two cases of bleeding, and after two years without relapse. Conclusion:The most cutting for the treatment of benign thyroid thyroid disease, can significantly reduce the surgical injury, shorten operative time, reduce the incidence of complications, treatment is good, increase the postoperative subjective satisfaction, clinical treatment of benign thyroid disease is an ideal way.
