A Review on Deconstruction of Entrepreneurs' Strategic Leadership

Abstract

Entrepreneurs' strategic leadership is the meeting point of entrepreneurship and enterprise strategic management process,and a unique type of thinking practical ability of entrepreneurs in all stages of strategic management.Entrepreneurs' strategic leadership is entrepreneurs' first capability,but there is a lack of specialized research and deconstruction on entrepreneurs' strategic leadership found by combing the literature.Through combining of the literature with strategic management theories,entrepreneurs' strategic leadership is primarily in deconstruction of four dimensions and is divided into: strategic thinking,strategic decision making,strategic planning capabilities and strategic control.
